Agreement with Clients

NEKSS signs a reciprocal non-disclosure agreement with confidentiality clauses with every client. For all work undertaken, copyrights, work rights and IPs are owned by the client. While parts of the agreement are standardised, there is flexibility to include clauses that both parties deem necessary on a case-by-case basis.

Exclusive Agreement: Client with Employees

We accommodate requests from clients for an additional exclusive agreement with the employees assigned to their work. This is arranged only where the client considers it necessary, and may extend beyond the scope of the agreement they already hold with NEKSS.

Agreement with Employees

Every NEKSS employee, regardless of the nature of their employment, is bound by a confidentiality and conduct agreement that protects client data and upholds our standards of integrity and professionalism at all times.
